MAZDA CX-60 — Car commercial
Project information
The Mazda CX-60 embodies a bold promise: to transpose the Jinba Ittai philosophy — that perfect communion between driver and machine — carrying the iconic spirit of the MX-5 into the brand's first plug-in hybrid SUV. Our mission was to convey this pure, emotional driving experience that defines Mazda's identity, while celebrating the freedom of travel and the simplicity of movement.
We built this campaign around a fundamental principle: the vehicle as a natural extension of the body. No cold technical demonstrations, no visual excess. Just the very essence of driving pleasure. Every shot breathes. Every sequence tells the story of a fluid journey where you feel free, connected, alive. The refined lines of the CX-60 converse with open landscapes, winding roads that invite escape. Hybrid silence meets controlled power. Elegance becomes effortless.
Our artistic direction draws from Japanese minimalist aesthetics: balanced compositions, natural light sculpting forms, visual rhythm that mirrors the sensations of driving. We filmed the CX-60 not as an object, but as a travel companion. The photography highlights Mazda's Kodo design philosophy, while the editing is paced by the driving experience itself, not by conventional advertising codes.
The complete production and direction of this campaign allowed us to create a visual narrative that transcends simple marketing messaging to become an invitation to journey, a celebration of conscious movement. More than an advertisement for a plug-in hybrid SUV, we created a manifesto: one of mobility that has never given up on emotion.
The CX-60 is proof that efficiency and pleasure can coexist.
